CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Clinical Team Lead is a key contributor to the clinical functions of CRH Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Team Lead serves as a resource to their Regional Director of Operations on all clinical matters and supports the training and development of the clinical staff for their assigned regional territory.
  • Interact with other regions' clinical leads to review best practices & updates
  • Ensure all team members are performing their required duties
  • Ensure supply closets are stocked, organized, and regularly monitored at assigned sites
  • Schedule equipment maintenance, including lab equipment and fire extinguishers
  • Set up and oversee training for new and existing clinical staff
  • Mentor less experienced staff
  • Conduct center support visits to ensure ongoing progress of clinical operations goals and improvement plans
  • Interpret the department’s policies and procedures to staff, patients, visitors, government agencies, etc.
  • Make written and/or oral reports/recommendations to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) concerning the clinical operation of the center
  • Review data submitted each month for each assigned center to identify trends related to center operations to assist RDO with action items/solutions
  • Participate in the mock survey process and inspections for assigned centers
  • Evaluate mock survey inspections to assist the center to develop appropriate plans of corrections to meet clinic needs

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assisting
  • Two years of medical assisting, EMT, or LPN experience
  • Reliable transportation to commute to regional offices as needed
  • Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work all 12-hour shifts including during the week and weekend hours as needed
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership experience preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
  • Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.
  • Work is performed in an interior medical/clinical environment.
  • Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
  • Will work with blood or blood-borne pathogens.
