• Conduct formal assessments, including diagnosing
• Prepare appropriate and timely written documentation of all clinical services delivered
• Provide trauma informed, evidence-based individual, family and group therapy for residents
• Complete clinical treatment plans (ISPs) and treatment plan updates for residents on assigned caseload
• Train other staff in clinically relevant topics and help to create and foster therapeutic milieus based on the PBIS framework
• Participate in FTCs and intake interviews as needed, as well as meetings dedicated to admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Work in collaboration with other inter-disciplinary team members. This includes facilitating interdisciplinary team meetings as well participating in meetings to discuss the needs of the program
• Provide therapeutic interventions and/or crisis management as needed

• Master’s degree from accredited program, in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related area required and one of the following

• Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based psychotherapy interventions preferred
• Valid New York State Driver’s License Preferred
• Bilingual/Spanish Preferred
• Computer Proficiency, excellent writing skills to provide accurate and detailed notes
