The Closer is an entry level, shift manager position that is responsible for all operations of the facility. The Closer must adhere to all policies, procedures and Core Values as set by Fitness Formula.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
- Every staff member, regardless of position, has a primary and urgent responsibility to clean and disinfect all club components as they are used by members and guests and yourself .Help retain and attain new members through club promotion and customer service excellence
- As a team member manager, assist with the opening and closing of the club on a team rotational basis
- Services members and internal departments by extending excellent customer service at all times
- Fills shifts as needed
- Manages all staff during shift ensuring club is running efficiently and all staff breaks are coordinated
- Assists members with questions and concerns
- Maintains and ensures high levels of cleanliness and operational efficiency throughout the club
- Actively promotes the Fitness Formula’s Core Values
- Any other responsibilities or projects as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager
- At least 6 months to 1 year of previous supervisory experience within the customer service, hospitality, retail and/or other related industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to follow-through on tasks as assigned
- Must be able to bend, lift or stand for periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
