Loyola Medicine includes Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, MacNeal Hospital and Ambulatory locations throughout the Western Suburbs.

We are currently hiring into our job training program for candidates who are interested in becoming a Medical Assistant and earning their certification as a Certified Medical Assistant. Suitable candidates will be hired into an open CMA position even if you don't have prior education or experience! The program will provide salary and benefits on day 1 as you start a six month long training program supported by Loyola Medicine and Oak Point University.

Successful applicants will be enrolled in the training program at no cost and will be paid for their time in training. Following the successful completion of the mandatory six month long program, candidates will transition to their position as a Certified Medical Assistant with additional support as they become independent in their role.

As a Medical Assistant you will perform a variety of direct patient care procedures to assist nurses, professional staff and physicians in providing patient care focused on the needs of the patient.
