Newly increased C.N.A. hourly rate structure! Come join the C.N.A. team at DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center. We are looking for empathetic, patient, compassionate individuals to provide loving care for our residents.
We have a “Limited Benefit Package” program which pays $20.00 per hour for full-time C.N.A.’s! $23.00/hour for eves and nocs
Don’t forget to add our current “Stay Bonus,” for all employees, which is a one-time payout of $2.00 for every hour worked (for a limited time period). As a C.N.A., if you work P.M. or Night Shift there is an additional $3.00 shift differential! We have a $0.75 hourly weekend differential for full-time and part-time C.N.A.s. We offer a lucrative “Volunteer Bonus” pay as well as “Holiday Premium” pay.
