Job Overview:
We are looking for those that are experienced and hard-working to join our 2nd shift or our 3rd shift. Pay is entirely based on experience. CY are cross-trained to operate both manual and robotic machining stations
To be considered for this role, you must have graduated high school or have a GED, you'll need to have at least six months of related experience, and you'll need to be able to perform minor troubleshooting to figure out causes of error.
An ideal candidate is someone that has computer skills, math skills, can follow and work off of instructions and control plans, and can learn and work from supervisor directions. It's not required, but if you have a Forklift license and/or have SPC knowledge you'll definitely stand out!
In this role, you'll be expected to occasionally lift/move up to 60 pounds, lift products from pallets, load them onto fixtures and/or conveyors, and operate robotic and/or manually load CNC station controls using push-buttons, switches, and a computer terminal.
Other responsibilities included performing and recording results of the First Piece Check, visually inspecting parts for defects, verifying part dimensions using plug and thread gauges, determining offsets and adjusting on-screen values to compensate for product variations within tolerance, determining Corrective Actions, applying identification numbers to products with a hammer stamp, and accurately recording production at end of shift.
