Spring 2024 Co-op Engineers
We are seeking student employees to join our project teams on exciting construction jobsites during the Spring semester (typically January through mid-May). Ulliman Schutte relies upon our Co-op/Intern program to help identify and develop the next generation of company leaders. The majority of our full time construction professionals initially started their Ulliman Schutte careers through some form of co-op or internship work experience!
Over the course of several working semesters (or quarters), our student employees learn about engineered construction of water quality infrastructure with an industry leader literally Building a Better Environment! At the same time, this program allows each student's aptitude, strengths, desires and career aspirations to be discovered. This two-way learning experience ultimately leads to a group of construction professionals who are ideally suited for our industry and our company and represent the "best of the best".
Our Co-ops and Interns receive industry-leading compensation, company housing, pay for travel costs, numerous additional benefits - not to mention the best construction education around! This is not a remote position, in fact just the opposite!
