Job Title: Co-op, Human Resources

Position Overview:
This position will work closely with the University Relations and Recruiting Team to accomplish objectives. It also may require interaction with internal and external departments and vendors. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement; with 1-2 days a week being onsite in the Acton office.

- Post and maintain jobs requisitions through a variety of career platforms
- Register for career fairs and additional university events
- Assist with obtaining candidate availability for interviews
- Coordinate university event details for volunteers and distribute as needed
- Assist with email marketing for career fairs, virtual interview days and other university events
- Assist team in identifying and/or creating new processes and/or program improvements
- Create, support, and maintain documentation needs
- Perform data entry and/or analysis; assist in problem solving activities
- Performs other duties as required
Education and Experience:
- Pursuing BS/BA in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism; exhibit dependability
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong computer skills desired
- Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed
- Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $26.31 - $37.41. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
