Business Development Manager

First Choice Services is the premier provider of business coffee & breakroom services throughout the United States. We offer a wide variety of services, products, and state of the art equipment to support office break room needs.

First Choice Services has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results driven sales and client relations professional for the Seattle market.

As a Business Development Manager, you will ensure your assigned clients are satisfied with the product or services they purchased, answer client questions, assess product or service problems, and resolve issues in a variety of ways using best to ensure client satisfaction.

Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution. Negotiate pricing, terms and other contractual issues. Set up face to face meetings with existing accounts and new business prospects. Identify sales opportunities for current and potential clients, and sell the product or service.

Position Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Successful closing skills
• Strong work ethic/ Superior time management
• Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, from CEO to a front office professional.
