Responsibilities for Collections Account Manager:
- Collections account management
- Customer service
- Assist with the lending process
Hours For Collections Account Manager:
- No Sundays
- 5-day work week
- Every other Saturday 9-5
- M-TH 9-6, FR 9-6 or 10-7
- Weekday off when Saturday worked
Requirements for Collections Account Manager:
- 1+ years of collections or customer retention experience
- Able to work the hours listed
- Able to pass a background check & drug screen
- Customer service & computer skills
