My name is Glenn Dickey Jr., and I work for the very best team on the planet, Marshall Services. I started in this field as a helper, became a NATE certified technician, a plumber, a comfort advisor, a service manager, and now I own the company. Since 2013 I have been building the company every plumber would want to work for. Being that I am a tradesman, I know the difficulties of performing our duties on a daily basis, and I help each team member daily become more successful and have less stress. Job Duties:

• Close deals profitably- Everyone knows the name of the game is closing. Secure the deal
• Exceed Clients Expectations- provide them the wow factor Marshall Services has come to be known for
• Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the orders are completed efficiently, the installation team has the full amount of information they need to be successful for you, – everyone pitches in because it s ultimately about serving the customer.
• Develop your expertise: You train and call simulate to improve your skills

Job Requirements:

• Communication- must be able to communicate at a high level
• Must have proven in-home closing experience
• Must have made over $100k in last 12 months
• must have a clean criminal background, be drug free, and have a clean driver'ss license
• Tech saviness is a plus
• You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance.
