Experienced cross-functional leader to drive teams responsible for commerce strategies, capabilities and initiatives for all of Apple’s services including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, TV+, Fitness+, Apple One and more. Work collaboratively across the organization with business teams, marketing, finance, legal, design, engineering, project management, and international teams. Wide ranging and evolving responsibilities from establishing the strategic direction and aligning with business objectives to shaping the roadmap and defining the product requirements. Consistently deliver capabilities that gain broad adoption across our services and by developers on the App Store. Ensure that product advancement and operational execution meets or exceeds the premium customer experience levels Apple is widely known for.
Key Qualifications
- Recognized leader with minimum 5 years experience managing highly diverse and talented teams
- Insight into commerce, subscriptions, accounting and/or digital products a plus
- Experience supporting partners from a business and technical perspective
- Clear understanding of a great customer experience and what differentiates Apple
- Strong analytical mindset and fierce attention to detail
- Effective at interacting with all levels of an organization
- Solutions oriented with the ability to solve complex problems creatively and collaboratively
- Sound product management skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Description
Product • Possess or gain extensive knowledge of Apple’s existing and future services (e.g. App Store, TV+) • Ensure the needs of all services and markets worldwide are appropriately considered • Evaluate and drive commerce capabilities that leverage Apple and scale to broad audiences • Define product requirements clearly with commitment to the best customer experience Business and Operations • Explore new commerce initiatives and enhancement opportunities • Develop a pipeline of ideas and features, while maintaining accountability for current roadmaps and deliverables • Determine key business, operational, financial and technical needs • Maintain strong business relationships and manage ongoing operational support Collaboration • Lead a highly skilled and innovative team that delivers consistent results and understands how to build solutions that leverage Apple’s deep control of the ecosystem and Apple’s unique ability to influence • Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility, designs and performance requirements • Coordinate with finance (e.g. tax) and analytics to ensure business and financial impacts are understood
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, business management, finance, computer science, or engineering strongly preferred.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,500 and $334,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
