Performance Audio & Video is one of Atlanta's best Design / Build Commercial Integrators. We are a Team of A/V Techies who enjoy everything high-tech and high-end. We deliver the very best in QSC and Commercial Audio/Video. We have been serving Atlanta since 2008, and we are experiencing remarkable growth based on referrals from the Clients, Builders and Architects.

We are currently looking to add Audio Video Technicians to our team who have at least 5 years of experience in the Commercial Audio/Video Industry, and who are eager to bring their expertise to an established and growing small company who values the input of each team member. PAV - Skills Pay Program:

All of our Technicians have a clear path to Grow YOUR Skills and to YOU Make More Money through our Unique PAV - Skills Pay Program. The Program outlines the skills that Technicians need to Master and the increased hourly rate they will receive once they master the skills and prove they have the knowledge on (3) Projects without assistance.

Example:

QSC Level 2 Certification = $1/hr Raise ($2,080.00/annually)

Level 2 Technicians who successfully complete the QSC Level 2 Certification program and are able to successfully install (3) QSC Based Systems without assistance will receive a $1.00/hr Raise. The program is designed to motivate Technicians to improve their skills on their own time and those who choose to invest the time are rewarded with increased pay. It is that SIMPLE! In addition to our Skills Pay Program we offer competitive Benefits including Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and a (IRA) Retirement Savings Program with a 3% Company Match.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $15/hr - $30/hr + Benefits.
• Compensation based on experience.
• This is a Full-time Hourly Position*
• Normal working days: Weekdays with some limited weekend and overnight travel.

Paid Holidays:

Paid Vacation:

• 1st yr. – 5 days

• 4th yr. – 10 days
• 5+ yrs. – 10 days + $500 BONUS

Required Skills

A qualified candidate must have professional knowledge and experience with the following. To qualify for each Technician level you must also have all of the Skills from the previous levels. We are currently looking to add Audio Video Technicians to our team who have at least 3 years of experience in the Commercial Audio/Video Industry.

All Technicians:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check with proof of residency.
• Must have a Georgia Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
• All candidate must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work with basic tools: drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc..
• Overnight travel is required with this position.
• Reliable transportation to PAV office is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
