Energy Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of AAA Club Alliance Inc., is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to join our team! We are opening to hiring in any of the following locations:

London, KY

Lexington, KY

Winchester, KY

Cincinnati, OH

Holland, OH

Energy Insurance began in the basement of our founder’s home in 1982 and has grown into an Agency with 8 locations, 100+ associates, and more than $125 million in written premium! We are an independent insurance agency providing personal insurance, business insurance, employee benefits, life insurance and bonds throughout the United States.

What do our Sales Executives Do?

• Manage the full sales cycle to achieve new business production goals working with both new and existing clients.

• Develop, present and sell customized comprehensive insurance programs focused on individual client needs.

• Collect detailed risk and underwriting information including survey data and loss history.

• Partner with assigned Account Management team, and provide service to new and existing clients

• Maintain production reports and attend all sales meetings as required.

• Promote the agency in the community.

• Keep up-to-date on industry standards and carrier changes

So, let's talk money - what can you expect?

• A base salary between $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience PLUS commission on new and renewal business

• Our sales executives typically make between $80,000 to $120,000 their first year

• Assistance in attaining your Property & Casualty License (if you do not already possess one)

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 5+ years experience in Commercial Insurance Sales

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

• The resiliency needed to pursue & close sales

• Advanced Excel and MS office suite skills (Word, Outlook).

• Comfortable presenting to business owners and C-Level executives.

• Superior customer service attitude and approach to business.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
