Job description
Develop and enhance new loan relationships through formal and informal customer calling efforts.Monitor an existing commercial loan portfolio to ensure proper risk ratings and early identification of potential problems.
Source, develop and underwrite new construction, interim, and permanent mortgage financing requests for new & existing customers.
Maximize bank profitability through appropriate pricing of new loan originations, fee income, and selling of all bank products & services.
Daily review, approval and disposition of commercial overdrafts.
Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk considerations and present credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority with the bank as required.
Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.
Attend meeting and Bank events as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This position starts at $62,361.00 per year and can increase from there depending on experience.
Requirements:
5+ years of lending experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field, or comparable work experience
Formal credit training
High level communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal skills, a committed listener, deals well with individuals of all personality types; builds rapport and confidence quickly.
Computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, knowledge of Internet
Ability to operate with minimal supervision, high achiever and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a team environment.
