Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Communications & Technology Manager for it's Main Street location in Norman, Cleveland County. Under the general supervision of the Director of Communication and Special Services, this position providing support for the organization network infrastructure, including hardware, software, network connectivity, servers, and communications equipment.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications with technology experience/background.

License:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain acceptable liability insurance

Knowledge:

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter with proven ability to address challenges and work with a results-orientated team. Must be comfortable working in a project driven environment. Individual must be able to clearly identify objectives and meet end goals. Ability to balance long-range vision with an appropriate attention to detail.
• Must be able to understand and explain technical topics such as PC performance, backup, and security issues.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple activities.
• Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Local, daily travel required
