Coach – Support people in making and implementing day to day decisions about their life.

Visionary- Assist people to dream big about their life and the things they can do.

Explorer – Put on your detective hat and help discover the possibilities in this great region.

Supporter – Assist with day to day tasks which vary based on the need of each individual.

KFI’s mission is to support people with disabilities to lead regular lives, in their communities; same not different! We assist people to live in their own homes, while working and fully participating in their communities. Interested? We would love to talk to you! Minimum starting pay is $16.25* per hour, with starting range based on experience. $750 New Hire stipend paid out over your first year.
