Walters Management has been providing Community Association Management for Homeowners Associations, Planned Unit Developments and Master Planned communities in Southern California since 1973. Walters Management provides full-service community association management services including financial, administrative, and operational management solutions to communities throughout San Diego County
We are currently seeking a bright, energetic, self-motivated experienced Community Association Manager to work in our Murrieta office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Community Associations in all capacities including all association affairs and compliance issues
- Assist homeowners and Associations with problem resolution
- Manage maintenance of community common areas
- Work closely with vendors to coordinate maintenance services
- Attend HOA Board meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Community Association Manager with at least two years of experience
- Ability to maximize resources and work with a small group of vendors efficiently
- Experience with budgets and financials
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of current technology, including social media
- Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership ability along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to provide high level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization
- CCAM and CMCA highly desirable, PCAM preferred, HOA experience necessary
