Job description

We are looking for a self-started, motivated individual who is able to work as a team player as well. We are a busy psychiatric and medical practice with locations in Florida, South Carolina, Colorado, Tennessee and Pennsylvania looking for the individual with the right set of leadership skills to thrive, who is also willing to be hands on with the workload.

Focus will be on building up our Community Behavioral Health Center from scratch. We are a fully operational private practice, currently licensed but looking for someone with the experience and qualities to dedicate the time to grow CBHC services in a methodical, purposeful and quality-driven manner.

Individual should be capable of formulating and monitoring clinical and productivity goals and objectives for psychotherapy providers, develop and disseminate standards of care, oversee their clinical activities, assess risk management issues and propose solutions, train new staff, facilitate communication with other levels of clinical operations, meet with clinicians and other staff to identify and correct problem areas and/or service improvement, review charts clinically, discuss feedback from insurance companies/contracts with clinical providers to ensure compliance with expectations, set up policies and procedures, among others.
