Job description
The Morehouse School of Medicine Office of Community Engagement Community Health Worker will support community engagement recruitment, data collection, and community outreach in the support of the community-engaged efforts designed to improve community health education and navigation, research, clinical care and education in rural and urban communities across the State of Georgia. They will assist with processing, coordinating and managing partner event requests and will work under the supervision of the Director of Community Engagement to garner support from internal MSM partners and external community partners working together to advance health equity through research, clinical care, service and education. Additionally, they will also support community engagement for identified Prevention Research Center (PRC) projects as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in community health program to include experience utilizing a personal computer.
High School diploma or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution.
