Part‐Time Community manager

St. George Executive Suites (“SGES”) is hiring a part‐time Community Lead for its St. George, UT location.

SGES leverages the latest in workspace technology, coupled with an upscale, Class A building, to offer turn‐key services that meet our members’ office needs. Our offering includes hourly room rentals, virtual office plans, business lounge access, full‐time offices, and other services.

The Part‐Time Community Lead represents a one‐person team during their shift and must take ownership and be a great self‐starter.

Main Responsibilities:

Receptionist & Office Manager: You set the tone for the office environment and manage all facets of the office during your shift. This includes making sure the resources and supplies our members need are on hand and working. You ensure that we are providing a safe and clean workspace for our members.

Leader of the community experience: You are the lead dog in our space during your shift. You manage the office and the entire community experience for our members. You make sure every member feels cared for and connected to you and to the resources they need to be successful. You enjoy working with people, and people enjoy working with you.

Brand Ambassador: You manage our social media presence and are responsive and follow up on sales leads in a timely fashion. You believe SGES is the best place our members could choose to work, and you enthusiastically help us roll out programs and opportunities for our members to work smarter.

Other Duties:

  • Coordinate the on‐boarding and termination process for members
  • Utilize Satellite Deskworks (workspace management software)
  • Manage billing and collections
  • Work with vendors (e.g., repairs)
  • Support members’ use of multi‐line phone system and other office technology (e.g., printers)
  • Manage and re‐stock supplies
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Manage advertising efforts, including social and other forms of media
  • Schedule and conduct tours with prospective new members

Other Key Details:

Job Type: Part‐time Monday to Friday

  • Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Attire: Business casual dress is required

Pay: $16‐$18 per hour plus bonuses for new member sales sign‐ups
