Community Relationship Partner (Columbus, OH Remote)
Job Summary:
The Community Relationship Partner serves a pivotal role of relationship-building and stewardship, strategy and implementation of new and existing talent partnerships. This role is responsible for creating an impactful and integrated partnership strategy focused on the programs and partners in which IGS has selectively invested. This role will establish, manage, and grow meaningful relationships with new and existing partners across key partnership pillars to include upskilling, technical, purpose driven, and universities. The Community Relationship Partner will serve as the face of IGS Energy and will be responsible for building a diverse range of sourcing strategies to strengthen our brand. This role is responsible for engaging internal business partners to grow and provide value to these partnerships based on talent acquisition subject matter expertise.
This position is remote but candidate must live in Columbus, OH area to be available as needed to come into the corporate office.
Primary Responsibilities:
A key area of responsibility is focused on managing, enhancing and growing IGS’s programs, operations and processes that are directly focused on external vendors and partnerships that support Talent Planning at IGS. This includes but is not limited to: campus, community, and skilled trade.

Identify and develop highly effective, deep relationships across key partnership pillars.

Provide day-to-day management of partner relationships with a focus on growth activities in university, community, and industry partners.

Oversee and deliver Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion (DEBI) strategies for optimizing people, processes, systems, culture, and community outreach to accelerate business performance and support critical evolution that builds and sustains a more diverse and inclusive culture.

Work to secure roles at IGS Energy for candidates; focus on pipeline management/internships, and full-time placement of talent engaged in these programs.

Serve as primary contact for industry partners for workforce development and work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment to negotiate, launch, activate and advance partnerships.

Advocate across the organization on behalf of the partners and opportunities while accelerating IGS Energy’s business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that deliver visibility and value for partnerships, to include materials needed to excite and energize partners to want to collaborate with IGS Energy. Liaison and advocate with Talent Acquisition, Brand, and leadership to attract talent.

Coordinate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team on specific needs and Career Fair participation.

Own and manage extensive internship program.

Partner closely with business leaders, HR partners, recruiters and events teams.

Prepare strategy documents, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations.

Must be able to travel when needed and attend community events and career fairs which could entail evening and weekends.
Minimum Education and Experience:

2-4 years' experience building and driving external partnerships.

Must have the ability to manage strategic projects, measure performance, analyze effectiveness/ROI, and share a story / make a recommendation through data & market research.

Experience in the talent acquisition space is a plus
