Pay Range - $31-38/hour - commensurate with experience

ReConserve of Minnesota, Inc. is experiencing consistent growth and is looking for a full time motivated Compactor Mechanic. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing company owned Hydraulic compactor systems at local customer facilities. These compactor systems collect bakery waste, which is brought back to our plant in Rosemount and converted into Livestock Feed. Looking for individuals who operate in a safe manner and who want to be part of an organization that values integrity, respect, teamwork, and good old fashioned hard work.

Qualifications
1. Aptitude with Electrical and Hydraulic systems

2. Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic drawings
3. 3 years of mechanic experience
4. Willing to be on call if a bakery compactor system goes down after hours or on weekends

5. Must be comfortable with a drug screen and background check

6. Must be willing to work on weekend shifts as required

7. Must be willing to work occasional overtime

8. Only local candidates will be considered
