We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual who is motivated to help others. The ideal candidate for our position is a compassionate and caring individual who enjoys helping the elderly, sick, or disabled and is good at communicating with the patient's family members and Agency.

Responsibilities:

• Medication reminders, if necessary.
• Stock and prepare food as needed.
• Assist with exercise like walking.
• Change bed linens and make beds when necessary.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families
• Ensure a safe environment for Patient
• Assist patients with moving around in their homes
• Communicate changes in patient's condition to the family and Agency
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming and dusting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 3x12
• 4 hour shift
• 4x10
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

All employees must be fully vaccinated.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lexington, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
