Work location: Remote – Must live in Dallas/Ft Worth area

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary)

Here’s What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field required
  • 2 years compensation analysis or HR specialist experience required
  • Preferred experience in: HR systems (PeopleSoft) ,Third party surveys, Incentive analysis, Salary/Rewards administration, Job Description writing, Job Evaluation
  • CCP – Certified compensation professional upon hire preferred

What You Will Do

  • Compensation Practice Administration: Responsible for producing ad-hoc job evaluations, reports, payroll information from current THR systems. Provides initial analysis and findings to internal customers consultants. Review client Market Studies and changes on titles, status, and range. Responsible for identifying inconsistencies in incentive eligibility, FLSA status, EEO status etc, to ensure data integrity with regard to different THR incentives pay practices. Responsible for additional pay loads for incentive payments and/or pay/job changes as needed.
  • Compensation System Maintenance: Responsible for accurate compensation data administration and maintenance of job, Key Performance Indicators, and employee data in multiple compensation/reward systems - including but not limited to Applause, CompAnalyst, PeopleSoft, PayPlanner.
  • Compensation Projects: Participates in special projects related to the success of reward performance programs. Participation may including training, documentation, customer service, product improvement, process documentation, and product innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.80 - $47.70 per hour
