Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The company's two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global's modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

Reporting to the Completions & Pre-commissioning Lead, the Completions Data – Document Control position is responsible for client oversight of all KZJV completions dossiers and internal completions reporting up to and including RFSU. This person's prime objective will be ensuring that all KZJV dossiers meet the requirements for a smooth turnover and handover to Venture Global LNG. In addition, they will interface with KZJV Completions to ensure timely delivery of data to use in developing reports. They will also interface with Venture Global corporate support in the development and maintenance of the reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Review turnover and handover dossiers to ensure they meet the requirements as set out in the Contract
• Support development and maintenance of internal Venture Global Completions reports
• Support Venture Global Completions team with their document and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Ensure the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for all activities
• Directly participate in the HSE activities at site as defined in the Site HSE plan
• Review manpower employed by the EPC and Subcontractor are adequate

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working in an office on a large construction site
• Proficient in use of Microsoft suite of Office programs
• 5 or more years of experience in industrial construction of Gas processing plants
• Previous experience with Completions Management Database (Co-Console or similar)
• Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) preferred
• Experience working as Client representative in the field
• Demonstrated capability of multi-discipline drawing interpretation and P&ID understanding
• Demonstrated technical and analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work within a team with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
