Compliance Manager Full-Time Remote

We are seeking an enterprise leader with an aptitude for enabling compliant high-performing cultures. This position allows for remote work and requires occasional travel for clinic visits and business meetings. Our corporate office is based in White Plains, NY.

The Compliance Manager will report to the Director of Compliance (Director) and be a member of Ivy’s leadership team. As further described below, key responsibilities include partnering with leadership at all levels to continue developing compliance infrastructure, serving as a liaison to internal and external partners, ensuring compliant operations processes, and supporting the Director in developing monitoring & engagement tools and critical presentations & communications. The job responsibilities of this role will evolve over time as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Ivy’s compliance program strategy, including focuses on infrastructure build out, training & education, and field engagement. At Ivy, we intend for our compliance function to serve as a point of differentiation and value proposition for our patients, our partners, and the communities that we serve.
  • Own and manage the scaling of the compliance function in our rapidly growing organization.
  • Champion successful practices of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance in collaboration with the Director of Compliance and other leaders across the organization.
  • Provide both strategic and tactical support to the Director of Compliance, including in the context of acquisitions (from diligence through integration).
  • Collaborate with the Director of Compliance with regard to the continued build-out and scaling of the Ivy enterprise compliance function.
  • Lead and assist in the development of organization- and department-wide communication channels and materials relating to compliance matters.
  • Define and develop key compliance indicators; manage and enhance the enterprise’s risk profile and track key compliance objectives and strategic initiatives to improve care quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate / lead / conduct periodic monitoring and internal investigations/assessments, as necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of the compliance work plan.
  • Build cross-functional relationships, enable transparent communications, and drive clarity with regard to role-based responsibilities and accountabilities throughout the service lines.
  • Develop, enhance, and implement effective policies and procedures to both mitigate risk and facilitate the provision of high-quality care.
  • Serve as a primary internal point of contact for compliance issues/investigations/questions/concerns.
  • Conduct work with integrity and compassion.
