This hourly non-exempt position is responsible for running end of day processing for the production banks, and monitoring for errors on the mainframe system and Windows platforms. May help with special projects as requested.

Experience with the following platforms is preferred: AS/400, Jack Henry software, Microsoft Server, and Sharepoint a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required to effectively work with co-workers.
Typing skills and previous experience with computer applications including Word, Excel and Microsoft Windows.
This is a 3rd shift position and typical hours are 6:30pm to 3:30am.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize the Jack Henry Banking software to perform, but not limited to loading files, creating files, processing the End of Day processes for Production banks.
Print reports, notices, and customer statements generated from End of Day processing.
Monitor system Health of processes, and troubleshoot, but not limited to AS400, Windows servers, and PC’s.
Receive, send, load input files, including, but not limited to Fedline, and checks from the Imaging Department.
Upload and download files using the Ipswich WS_FTP Pro (FTP) software, in house, and from 3rd party vendors.
Complete Windows Patching of Branch Capture PC’s as needed.
Help in special projects as requested from IT. May include, but not limited to patching or rebooting critical servers.
Document issues in appropriate logs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Degree.
Associates Degree in Computer Science degree preferred.
Six months of Computer Operator experience preferred.
Six months of Computer Operator experience preferred.

Occasional weekend, and shift hours may change as required if workload dictates.
Will work on 1st or 2nd shift to train on the basic skills needed for the 3rd shift.
