Responsibilities
- Handle and manage repairs customer equipment including Cellphones, Laptops , Desktops , Gaming Consoles and Tablets
- Assess, repair and maintain computers
- Ensure organization and support of technical equipment and inventory
- Customer service and organizational skills
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Computer Repair/Electronics Certificacions or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn CRM application to service customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
