Job description
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and execution of the functional operation of concessions at athletic and other events. Plan and monitor food inventory, oversee and direct the operations, manage cash, operate related equipment and assure clean environment. Provide quality customer service and hire and manage staff.
Minimum Qualifications
High School degree required and one year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge and quality skills in employee and public relations, food production methods and procedures, food ordering, inventory systems, budget monitoring, and employee scheduling and management. Solid computer knowledge is essential. Requires flexibility for work schedule including evening and weekend work.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree and 2-4 years management experience in a fast food or concession operation preferred.
