New Haven at Little River is a luxurious independent living community located in Little River, South Carolina. Our community offers retirees spacious, well-appointed Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care residences, and a wide variety of amenities and services designed to allow our seniors and their loved ones to live life to the fullest.
We are looking for a Full Time Concierge that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.
In the role of a Concierge, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, providing excellent customer service to all community residents, guests and staff. The incumbent will greet visitors, answer the telephone, provide information of a general nature, and perform various resident-focused tasks.
Shift Availability: Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm

Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
