Configuration Team Supervisor (Build Team)

We need a talented team player with excellent communication skills who is looking to make a difference. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our Build Team are enabled to configure and produce high quality builds with minimal delay at high volume. This role is integral to the success of our customer engagements, enabling us to configure and stage new hardware for Restaurants. This role will assist with Projects and Support to enhance our Service Offerings for quality and customer acceptance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our Provisioning Build Team.
    • Manage schedules and coverage for planned and unplanned absenteeism.
  • Monitor the Tickets to ensure new configuration tickets are handled expeditiously.
  • Coach team members for technical and non-technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback as an immediate escalation for incidents.
    • Identify issues and escalate as needed either prior to build start or after.
  • Discuss issue trends with Manager & Source Teams on a regular cadence.
  • Review all feedback from customers and address questions or concerns.
  • Monitor Build team tasks to ensure quality throughput.
    • Maintain the highest level of accuracy on Builds.
  • Follow up with Manager on Build issues, update processes as needed.
  • Ensure documentation exists for tasks and are updated as needed.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to apply real-time logical workflows intertwined with technical knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve results within established timeframes.
  • Willing to maintain a flexible work schedule, to accommodate workload needs.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Involvement with the discovery, design, and pre-build requirements for services offered.
  • Regularly meet with Technicians and Manager to reinforce vision, common goals, individual goals, discuss performance, impart company culture, and develop strategies.

Candidate Requirements include:

  • 4 years in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
    • General Manager, or above seniority - OR
    • Installation of Restaurant Systems, including Point of Sale, Wireless and DMB’s.
    • Configuration of Restaurant Point of Sale Systems
  • Preference will be given to those with experience within Warehouse Logistics:
    • Inventory Management
    • Shipping & Receiving
  • Exceptional ability to research and comprehend mass deployment.
  • 2-5 years of experience building and deploying technology solutions.
  • Microsoft or CompTIA technical certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, both personally and for your teammates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
