Aquire Restoration, Inc. is a full-service general contractor that provides restoration and remodeling to residential/commercial properties. Aquire Restoration assists clients with unplanned emergency mitigations/remediations and restores structures to their pre-loss condition, Aquire Designs assists clients with a planned construction at their property and building material sales, and Aquire Cleans assists clients with carpet/upholstery cleaning to residential/commercial properties. We are looking for a qualified Construction Manager that is Positive, Energetic, Responsible, Self-Driven Resourceful, and Team Oriented to join our family!

Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Location: Oshkosh, WI

Compensation: Salary Position with Competitive Benefits; Health, Dental, Vision, Accident/Disability, Life insurance (100% premiums paid by employer), 401k Plan (up to 3% Company Match), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, YMCA Membership, Discounted Building Materials, Apparel/Vehicle/Tools/Phone and Training at NO Employee Cost. Salary range is 50k-100k/year with NO Salary Cap

Hours: 40+ hours per week, M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm

Experience: Candidates must have High School Diploma and/or G.E.D. and minimum three years construction experience

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Pass drug screening and full background screening
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Be responsible, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional manner, appearance, team oriented, and a willingness to learn

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Generate construction schedules for assigned projects
  • Communicate with property owners regarding construction scheduling and material selections
  • Document project statuses via internal project management software
  • Manage and communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper scheduling and procurement of materials
  • Manage budgets and work with estimating staff to ensure budgeted allowance complies
  • Follow construction standards/codes to ensure compliance
  • Attend regular meetings with management to review all active project files
