Construction Project Manager – Thackerville, Oklahoma

Job Summary: The Project Manager plans, directs, coordinates, supervises, and budgets all activities associated with the assigned construction projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 days working on-site per week in Thackerville, Oklahoma
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction Project Management (preferably in commercial construction projects)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills as well as strong dispute resolution skills.
• Good computer skills with ability to adapt to new software.
• Pass criminal background check

Benefits: $80,000- $100,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide management oversite for all phases of the construction projects, including coordination of employees, subcontractors, material and equipment.
• Ensure quality standards are being enforced and followed
• Create all subcontractor contracts and aid in the process of obtaining all licenses and permits.
• Create all change orders within the project.
• Tracks and controls project schedule as well as associated costs
• Reports to owners and architects about all project issues and conflicts.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the project in a supervisory role.
• Manages day to day client interactions and expectations.
• Forecasts revenue, profitability and project cost with accuracy.
• Generate weekly budget reports for review with upper management.
• Administer and aid in the submittal review process between subcontractor/suppliers and design team.
