In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to corporate clients in regards to voluntary benefits and other insurance services which in turn will lead to ways of attracting more qualified talent and better talent retention.

In addition you will be consulting individuals regarding general life, health and accidental insurance or wealth preservation needs. We have multiple paths for talent having partnered with top of the line carriers and services in the industry.

Part of operations may also be other benefits which businesses may qualify for and lead to exponential help to business owners and in turn consulting talent alike.

This position requires a general lines life, health and accident insurance license to which pre-licensing education we are happy to provide and guide the right talent to their desired level of success.

Responsibilities

Acquiring an insurance license, which can be accomplished in days to weeks, depending on your pace, urgency and schedule.

Product and legacy solutions fulfillment (sales) training, which skills and practical license you will be able to take anywhere.

Scheduling a 15 minute follow ups with prospective businesses and families in person or via zoom.

Interface with clients to discover their needs and fulfill client solutions.

Visit with local businesses and communities.

Qualifications

-Strong analytical, communication and self starter skills.

- A General Lines, Life, Accident and Health or willing to be licensed.

-We can pay for or sponsor desired unlicensed talent.

-Strong sales or presentation and communication skills.

-Bilingual a plus.
