Are you looking to use your creativity and analytical mindset to play a key role in advancing our market-leading, plant-based protein portfolio? In this Manager, Insights & Analytics position, you will act as a strategic business partner supporting the Plant Based Protein category, driving consumer insights and strategy across the brand teams. Consumers are at the heart of everything we create! With your strong understanding of consumer needs, you will be able to identify consumer conversion opportunities and assist with the development of marketing initiatives across the path to purchase. We’ll leave it to you to drive impact on the business by bringing the consumer to the center of the teams’ strategy through activation.


This role supports the Veggie part of the Kellogg business, which is on a transformation journey to become a standalone company by the end of 2023. Excited for what lies ahead? We are too.

Collaboration is Key –
You will actively engage with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize key business issues and translate them into strategic learning plans to drive breakthrough strategies.

New Ideas Welcome! – Did a light bulb just go off? Tell us more! You will lead the development and evaluation of new ideas with tools to provide teams with a strong understanding of consumer potential for our innovative ideas.

Analytics Drive Actions – You will generate insights from disparate data sources (existing, syndicated, POS, and custom research) and marketplace trends, identifying opportunities to grow the Plant based business. You will drive organizational adoption by telling compelling stories with data and bringing the consumer to life.

Top-notch Tools – You will partner with key vendors to continually refine and improve our consumer discovery solutions.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, or a related field with experience in consumer insights
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs, identify and prioritize key issues, and translate them into strategic learning plans with clear objectives and methodologies/tools to answer specific business needs
  • Experience in executing, analyzing, and developing recommendations leveraging research across a variety of methodologies for various business applications: Human understanding (Behavioral Science, segmentations, range of qualitative methods), marketplace trends (syndicated sources), innovation (concept development/testing, product testing), brand building (positioning and advertising development/testing, brand health), as well as business performance (scanning/panel data)
  • Self-starter who holds themselves and their team accountable for performance- while still able to keep it fun!
  • Achievement-driven with a focus on results and business performance, even when it means pushing back and respectfully challenging the status quo
  • Creative strategic thinker and problem solver, accustomed to working collaboratively in teams
  • Strong communication skills- as an active listener and skilled integrator
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
