YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION
The Content Creator is responsible for working alongside the creative team in order to create social and media content. This is a specialist role that will support the team leads for our clients and work directly with them in order to create the content needed for each client. You will be responsible for creating new assets for the team to post, sourcing stock photography, occasionally shooting your own photography to post, creating motion graphics or short videos (typically from existing assets), creating infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Graphic design, Writing & Video Editing, Photography, and Social media management.
- Shooting live event video coverage, Creating GIFs, social media images and live shooting social media videos.
- Editing video content for social media channels.
- Working with internal teams to gather materials/ information for social media postings Writing some content pieces for social and other channels.
- Updating the web content as needed.
- Developing social media and content plans.
- Working with the agency of record on the development of the content and posts Managing responses on social media pages.
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS
- A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into digital content pieces.
- Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet short deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with various teams, departments, and divisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as a valuable member of a team.
