We are seeking a content marketing coordinator to join our fast-growing dental group. Pearl Street Dental operates several dental practices throughout Texas and Oklahoma and offers several services to their dentists. We are growing quickly and looking to add some support to our marketing department. This position will assist the Marketing Director, play a key role in increasing the marketing efforts, create content for digital and print campaigns, and help with a social media program.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and be the main executor for campaigns for a select number of offices to ensure they can provide feedback; the team prioritizes needs, stay in touch with the patients and continuously learn about the various offices.

• Be a contributor to the content creation for monthly campaigns, including social media, videos, newsletters, and other practice requests.

• Research internal and external sources to generate new content ideas, e.g., conduct target audience interviews, monitor market trends, etc.

• Partner with content creators, designers, and agencies to create and review all content to ensure consistency

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.

• Attend events and produce content as needed.

• Staying on top of trends in content creation, social media and community relations

• Create all print advertisements, including magazines, newspapers, mailers, or brochures.

• Be the primary contact for all photography and video needs

• Assist with the social media specialists. Ensuring that all social media is scheduled, engaged with, and office approvals are done promptly

• Assisting in preparing and distributing monthly or quarterly marketing reports to internal users; analyzing business performance and preparing analysis and identifying areas of improvement.

• Collaborate with corporate departments, including but not limited to Operations and Clinical. Provide admin support when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of related marketing experience preferred
• Photography and videography skills are highly preferred
• Social media and graphic design skills, as well as Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new skills quickly
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments with deadlines
