Job description

The Content Strategy Manager will:

- Contribute to the development and adoption of a new and innovative content strategy for marketing team

- Help plan, drive, and measure content across channels to ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging framework

- Set and lead content policies, standards, best practices, infrastructure, and metadata

- Lead content planning and governance through editorial calendars and stakeholder meetings

- Contribute to the development of personas, user journeys and content mapping; define content buckets and types aligned to journey

- Perform regular content audits to inform strategy

- Establish a content dashboard to measure content performance against goals, gather insight, and make recommendations

- Support development of the full content life cycle and end-to-end process to improve and streamline content

- Manage the end-to-end translations cycle for all content, from opening projects to meeting deadlines

- Select, manage, develop, and motivate agencies and other business partners

- Support a team of two, covering content operations and translations management

Education and Experience Required:

- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Management; MBA preferred

- 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing management

Knowledge and Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of integrated marketing communications, principles, practices, tactics, and tools

- Experience working effectively with virtual, cross-functional teams toward a common goal

- Writing, editing and oral communications skills

- Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management

- Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize tasks

- Experience working with various content systems such as content marketing platforms, digital asset management systems, reporting platforms preferred

- Knowledge of localization and translations strategies/best practices, processes, and tools preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
