NRGUSA is hiring immediately for a Contract Recruiter for a large healthcare organization. Ideal candidate will have 3- 4 years full life cycle recruitment experience.

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, identifying, screening, and assessing talent for open requisitions within our clinical functions.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in cold calling, passive and active recruiting techniques, they will have innovative sourcing strategy development, internet research and web-sourcing acumen; leveraging existing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, iCIMS and niche boards; internal and external networking; increasing candidate pipeline for active open roles.

Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing and engagement strategies designed to identify qualified active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through competitive sourcing methodologies; effectively build relationships with external candidates
• Maintain a network of contacts to identify qualified, diverse and talented candidates; maintain current market knowledge and external trends
• Execute the full life-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers
• Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers in comprehensive recruitment
• Oversees and coordinate the interview process for all new hires with hiring managers.
• Develop recruitment/marketing plans and strategies
• Utilize a variety of sources, managing selection process to include interviewing, assessing candidates, screening, research, referrals and cold calling.
• Maintain on-going contact with targeted candidates throughout recruitment and selection process.
• Provide weekly metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
