Job Description

YRCI does not enforce a vaccination requirement for our employees.   • Develop, prepare terms and conditions in proposals related to the award of contracts.
  • Negotiate and award contracts, contract modifications, and/or subcontracts.
  • Participate in negotiating, awarding, or administer contracts, or the analysis of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Administer the terms and conditions of contracts, including such aspects as preparing contract modifications, evaluation of performance under the contract, and contract termination.
  • Analyze proposed prices or costs, including such aspects as evaluating technical and audit reports, forecasting price trends, evaluating economic factors, estimating production.
  • Evaluate efficiencies and methods of allocating cost through various types of overhead and general and administrative expense.
  • Formulate policies and procedures for the acquisition of goods or services; participate in procurement management reviews and contract clearance, or develop positions on claims and protests related to contracts.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience with Federal contracting (Department of Defense (DoD) Research and Development (R&D) contracting highly desirable).
  • Twelve (12) years of specialized contracting experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Proof of vaccination card OR proof of a negative COVID test is required (Valid within 72 hours of entry) to enter the building.
