Roles & Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and offer assistance when needed

· Suggestive sell complementary items and items on promo

· Tell customers about the benefits of the Star Saver program

· Operate the cash register, lottery, money order, and other electronic equipment in an efficient manner to ensure speedy service is given

· Stock coolers, fill fountain/coffee equipment with product, rotate/restock shelves

· Bag ice

· Empty trash, inside and outside

· Clean restrooms to Royal Restroom standards

· Wipe counters, doors, sweep and mop floors/mats as needed

· Follow proper check-in procedures to accept deliveries from vendors

· Complete shift duty assignments

· Contribute to a positive atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and being a team player who works accurately and exhibits professionalism in the work place.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Must be able to work any area of the c-store when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register

· Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

- Needing 2 full time who can work 6p-7a

Required Skills:

Must have a passion for customer service while exhibiting exceptional people skills and a desire to excel!
