What we need…
Under the supervision of the Conversion Supervisor, the Conversion Specialist will serve as the primary or secondary support for COCC’s conversion efforts. Assisting in the coordination of all action items related to transferring the financial institution from their current service provider to the COCC system.

What you’ll do…
- Recognized by clients as an authority on COCC applications and system functionality.
- Act as a liaison between client and COCC throughout the conversion process.
- Coordinate all aspects of client conversions targeting satisfaction of Mission Excellence goals
- Follow established procedures, creates System Options, Branch Operations and product information in database
- Work with conversion analyst on data specification requirements
- Coordinate specification questions between client and conversion analyst
- Translate and explain technical information, concepts and requirements in a user friendly language
- Participate in internal training programs as needed
- Ad hoc miscellaneous tasks
What you’ll bring…
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
- Minimum of two years banking experience in back office/operations environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing with both internal and external customers
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure when dealing with customer issues
- Familiarity with data specification requirements
- Ability to translate and explain technical information, concepts, and requirements in a user friendly language
- Knowledge of database query tools and financial services applications
- 50% travel to various client locations
