Job description
Join our amazing El Tucan’s Family and help prepare the best Mexican inspired foods. Line cook duties include setting up stations for service and assists the Kitchen Manager and Leads with their daily tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Communicate ticket times to staff members and management when needed
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Helping fellow Staff Members when needed
- Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible schedule
