Cook
· Ensure that all menus are followed, food is properly prepared, and all meals are served on time.
· Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, dining room, and all related storage areas.
· Ensure that all personnel understand the need for personal hygiene.
· Ensure that food is properly rotated and leftovers used as quickly as possible.
· Ensure that the breakfast menu is being followed and morning assignments are completed.
· Enforce kitchen dress code and rules of conduct at all times.
· Prepare and cook food; assist in preparations, as needed, alongside staff.
· Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all food and related kitchen supplies.
· Check freezers and refrigerators daily for proper temperature and expiration of unused food to be placed on menu (food can spoil if left too long or temperature is not maintained properly).

Pay: $13.20 per hour
