What You’ll Do:

Receive, track, research, and respond to client account inquiries via both phone and email

Provide timely, professional, and courteous customer service to our clients

Coding and posting of demo invoices into our publishing system

Provide client access to SCORE, our client website

Assist department during royalty distributions
-
Perform financial transactions, balance transfers, and special projects as needed

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate accurate and timely client royalty payment
Who You Are:
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
1 or more years of experience in Royalty Administration or related field preferred

Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a "customer service" position
-
Strong computer skills, with specific proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to take direction, with a focus on “big-picture” processes and functions of a major Music Publisher
-
Ability to work with various departments to accomplish company-wide goals
-
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with an ability to manage large workloads and effectively prioritize demands

Able to adapt quickly to a changing environment with minimal disruption

Ability to learn and master new software, technology and processes

You are thorough and thoughtful in your approach to problem solving

Must be authorized to work in the United States

7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events
