Description

Position is responsible for processing applications and admissions decisions for all graduate degree and certificate programs at UAB. Manages the application process from initial contact through matriculation. May coordinate one or more components of student/applicant admission and records offices within a school/department/division. May supervise or direct the work of support staff. Interacts on a daily basis with faculty, students, staff, other UAB departments and outside entities. Prepares reports and coordinates departmental events. Assists in resolving application database issues. May serve as a representative with the centralized application service.

(Annual Salary: $39,215 - $42,000)


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be very organized.
