Core Java, Spring Hibernate Microservices and SQL is the basic tech need here while AWS/Cloud is good to have · From the tech side-The person can describe the tech flow clearly in Core Java, Spring, Microservices understands mid layer, back-end development) , is good in SQL. Apart from this please highlight if the resource has knowledge/worked on cloud platform or streaming technologies, its not needed for the role, its only good to have
