The Corporate Contracts Compliance Analyst role, is responsible for drafting, reviewing and analyzing the terms and conditions, calculating all compliance requirements regarding purchase commitment compliance pricing and performance of contracts that involve the sale of Mammotome’s products, to ensure high quality contracts that are effective, equitable and compliant. This individual will work closely with the Sales Organization, Corporate Account management as well as cross-functional departments such as Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to oversee the analytics of IDN, GPO, Hospital and other sales contracts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Draft and/or review simple contract T&C’s in order to understand and revise them as needed to include business decision language and comments prior to Legal review.

  • Read and understand the terms and conditions of sales contracts in order to adjudicate accurate pricing, rebates and fees deliverables.

  • Serve as a partner and subject matter expert (SME) in contract performance and review to the sales team.

  • Manage contractually required administrative fees and incentive rebate payments

    • Calculate and process GPO Administrative Fee and Incentive Rebate reporting including calculating Fee and Rebate Monthly Accruals

  • Effectively communicate with internal (and as needed, external) stakeholders regarding contract and pricing status and basic terms.

    • Run and analyze ad-hoc reports to support pricing and contract initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze contract compliance with Mammotome contracts and pricing processes and policies.

  • Manage price loading, price maintenance and price increase processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • 2+ years relevant experience in contract compliance environment, pricing analysis, reporting and contract administration

  • Knowledge of medical device industry, clinical laboratories recommended

  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat

  • SAP or other ERP systems experience preferred

  • 10% travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously; ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency under time constraints

  • Quantitative analysis

  • Process orientation, time management and organization
