Advanced Roofing, AGT and Advanced Air Systems(“Advanced”) is looking for a Corporate Recruiter with extensive experience recruiting from clerical to C-Suite as well as skilled trades!

The primary focus of the role is to increase the candidate pipeline by implementing and executing strategies to attract qualified candidates for our roofing, Solar, and HVAC divisions.

A boots on the ground tenacious, self-motivated, energetic, and goal driven attitude is required to be successful in this role!

You understand and optimize the value of face-to-face interactions with potential candidates and are actively involved in developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with community partners to increase the company’s talent brand footprint.

You’ve owned the full cycle recruitment process: attracting, sourcing, vetting, tracking, and organizing data. You have experience finding excellent candidates via job boards and social media sites such as Indeed, Craig’s List, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter significantly growing the company’s candidate pool. You use applicant tracking systems to help you manage the recruitment journey and leverage technology to be productive and efficient in your role.

Education

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree a Plus

Experience

  • 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluency in English & Spanish a plus
